Week In Rewind With Midwest Life And Style
Hello, friends, and happy Saturday! It was another quiet week on the blog. And although I didn’t get to share everything I had planned, I did pump out one new summer-inspired post.
So let’s get right to it! Here’s the latest edition of the week in rewind.
Tidbits From Home
While there wasn’t much happening on the blog, there was a lot going on at home! This week it was all I could do to keep our schedule straight and continue to juggle all of the balls that we have up in the air.
The good news? Things should finally start to slow down next week. Maybe then I’ll get to finish planting my flowers and garden.
Peyton wrapped up her middle school track career, and also had her last club volleyball tournament of the season. Her team went a perfect 5-0 and only dropped one set the whole tournament. After an up and down season filled with adversity, it was nice to see them come out on top.
If we aren’t at the track or on the courts, we’re at the dance studio. Harper has been busy with extra classes to get ready for her recital next month. I can’t wait to see her do what she loves most up on the big stage.
My Favorite Finds
These fridge organizers are a recent fave. I bought several a few months ago and can’t say enough good things about them.
These comfy slip-on shoes could be dressed up or dressed down and come in 7 colors.
This pendant necklace set would be a cute addition to your summer wardrobe.

Strawberry Scones
Strawberry season is right around the corner. I can’t wait to get some fresh berries from our local farmer’s market to make these delicious-looking strawberry scones from Michelle at Thistle Key Lane.
Go tell Michelle “hi” and be sure to grab the recipe for her scones while you’re there.
