Tidbits from Home
Last weekend, we spent three days in Kansas City for a club volleyball tournament, so this week, it’s been all about catching up on things at home.
Starting with laundry.
Massive piles of it.
For some reason, laundry is my least favorite chore…at least the folding and putting away part.
Does anyone else feel the same way?
I chalk up my disdain to my years spent working retail and the PTSD from the non-stop folding, organizing, and restyling of all the messy clothing displays.
Luckily, my amazing husband is more than willing to take over the laundry duties most of the time.
Thursday was all about Harper at the science fair.
It was awesome seeing her share all she learned about volcanoes with the judges, and I was so proud to watch her step out of her comfort zone.
She’s already set on doing it again next year, and she’s decided it may be smart to start the project a bit earlier.
I’m sure many of you parents can relate to that last-minute project hustle, right?
And, I am finally packing away my winter decor and have started pulling out all of my spring totes.
Have you decorated for spring yet?
If you’re looking for some ideas to get started, you can find all my favorite spring-y posts here.

It’s always so much fun to see what you’ve been up to, Jen. It’s good you take pictures of Peyton’s matches because sometimes I wonder if she realizes that she jumps that high! It’s exciting to see Harper in the science fair zone too. Participating in things like will her develop skills she will use for the rest of her life. It’s really sweet that you encourage both girls to do what they love! I don’t know if it helps or not but I put on a podcast when I need to do laundry or clean. There’s just something about it that makes the whole process go faster. Thanks so much for sharing my St. Patricks Day tablescape. I really appreciate it. Can’t wait to dive into all these links! Big hugs, CoCo
