Week In Rewind Volume 67
Happy Sunday, friends!
Have you started decorating your home for fall? I wrapped up last weekend, and on Tuesday, I shared part one of our fall home tour.
The tour includes glimpses into the homes of more than 20 of the top bloggers across the country. If you missed out, I’ve shared a link to all the tours below. I hope you’ll take some time to visit each one and soak up the autumn inspiration. There’s so much to see!
As always, this week’s recap also includes DIYs, decor, and delicious recipes from a few of my friends.
So get cozy, settle in, and join me for the latest week in rewind!
Tidbits From Home
After a long (and somewhat relaxing) holiday weekend, it was back to busy at our house!
On Tuesday, we had our first road trip of the high school volleyball season. Peyton’s team played about 30 miles from my hometown, so my parents and my sister’s family made the drive to cheer them on.
It was also Homecoming week, which culminated with the football game on Thursday and a dance on Friday.
I love that Peyton gets to have these experiences with her friends. It reminds me of some of my own high school memories. Dress shopping, attending the games, and dressing up for spirit week.
I know these high school years will fly by, and I’m already dreading the day she leaves for college.
In the meantime, I’m doing my best to enjoy each milestone and take as many photos as I can.
We wrapped up our busy week with a volleyball tournament and a visit from more family! Kirk’s parents made a quick trip from Colorado. They caught a bit of volleyball action, and Kirk and his dad broke in our new Blackstone grill in honor of the first Packers game of the season!

Next week, I’ll be sharing our fall bedroom and living room, so be sure to stop by on Friday for the second part of my tour!

Oh my word, Jen, can you please tell your girls to stop growing! I swear every week they get taller and prettier and it’s so much fun to see them enjoying all the teenager things and rites of passage like homecoming! Every time you share them it reminds me to slow down and enjoy the time with all my nephews and niece. It truly does go by way too fast. Thanks so much for sharing my bedroom makeover at Loblolly. We are definitely trying to soak in all the memories and speical moments amidst all of the craziness. And alwyas happy to share! Hug to you too, friend!
