The mornings here in Nebraska have been brisk lately, and change is in the air! The leaves are slowly starting to turn brilliant shades of red, orange, and gold, and today is the first official day of fall. So I thought it would be a good day to share with you some of the best vintage inspired fall decor.
The Best Vintage Inspired Fall Decor
There is just something about vintage decor that makes my heart go pitter-patter. Recently, during my cozy and colorful fall home tour, I shared more about my love for blending the old with the new. I even shared the stories behind some of my favorite pieces like my chippy corbels and my steal of an upcycled dresser.
I display vintage pieces in my home all year long, but I always like to find ways to change up my decor by adding different touches for each season. I’ve been so inspired by all of the vintage decor I’ve seen on Pinterest and Instagram that I decided to round up some of my favorites for you. Here is some of the best vintage-inspired fall decor.
Fall Woods and Whites
This neutral fall vignette from Craftberry Bush uses one of my favorite, affordable vintage finds. Books! In fact, they are one of my top things to buy at vintage flea markets. Recreate this look in your home with glass cloches, books, and a few seasonal touches like mini pumpkins.
Burlap pumpkins paired with architectural salvage and a dried wreath make up this simple fall display.
Rustic Autumn Farmhouse
Liz from Liz Marie Blog uses an old farm bucket styled with natural elements like feathers and corn husks to create this rustic autumn farmhouse look.
So Much Better With Age uses a vintage crock for this stunning fall display. You can also fill crocks with mums and seasonal cabbage to create an inviting fall porch like I did.
Cozy Fall Cottage
Amber bottles, like the ones shown in my dining room, have gained in popularity. The rich warm color makes them perfect for fall. I found these old jugs at one of my favorite local vintage shops, Old Cottonwood. You can use them in a centerpiece or fill them with fall florals.
Old baskets and trunks like the ones used by The Handmade Farmhouse are both beautiful and functional. Style them with cozy throw pillows and blankets for a simple fall look.
I hope you enjoyed this roundup of the best vintage-inspired fall decor. Which look is your favorite? Let me know in the comments below. As always, thanks so much for stopping by.
Happy fall, friends!

Love all the autumn colors. The golden hue makes it all so beautiful.
I can’t buy anymore items unless I give away 90% of my decor. Thrift store shopping has become my addiction for furniture and clothes.

Thank you so much! I love the pretty gold color for fall. And I hear ya on the decor! I have been working on downsizing some, but still have some work to do!
