I’m sharing a fantastic recipe for a mandarin mule that’s not only incredibly easy to mix up but also a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
All you need are 4 ingredients for this quick 5-minute cocktail that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients for a Mandarin Mule
- 2 ounces mandarin vodka
- 4 ounces non-alcoholic ginger beer*
- Slices of mandarin oranges to garnish
- Mint to garnish (optional)
*Note: If you want to tone down the spicy taste of the ginger you can substitute ginger ale

Instructions for Making a Mandarin Mule
Step 1: Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of mandarin vodka and 4 ounces of ginger beer.
Add some ice, and then shake to mix the cocktail.
Step 2: Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Copper Mug
Next, strain the mandarin mule and pour it over a cocktail glass or copper mule mug full of fresh ice.
Step 3: Garnish and Enjoy!
Finally, wrap up your drink by adding a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh mandarin orange as a garnish.

Fall Caramel Apple Sangria
Ingredients
- 5 cups apple cider
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- 1 bottle white wine (Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Chardonnay are all great choices.) (750 ml)
- 1 cup caramel vodka*
- 3 large Gala or Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- springs of fresh rosemary to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or drink dispenser, pour in one bottle of white wine. Next, pour in 5 cups of apple cider and 1 cup of caramel vodka.
- Add in 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and stir until it’s fully dissolved into the sangria mix.
- Next, wash, core, and cut your apples into thin slices. Add the apples to the pitcher of sangria.
- Stir everything together and chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours.
- Pour it into some cocktail glasses, garnish with a spring of fresh rosemary, and additional slices of fresh apples. Then serve and enjoy!
