Peach Perfection: How To Style A Stunning Summer Tablescape
Looking for a unique summer dinner party theme? Today I’m sharing an easy step-by-step guide with everything you need to know about styling an elegant peach-inspired summer tablescape.
From tips for how to choose a color scheme to ideas for setting the table and creating an affordable and show-stopping centerpiece using flowers from the grocery store.
This post covers all the bases to help you celebrate in style and elevate your summer entertaining game with a peach-themed tablescape.
How To Pick The Perfect Peach-Inspired Summer Tablescape Colors
First, let’s talk about how to choose the perfect color scheme for your peach summer tablescape.
Choose soft, dreamy pastel colors, which are quintessentially summer and reminiscent of ripe peaches and blooming flowers. Think soft whites, minty greens, blush pinks, and light shades of peach.
This soft color palette is ideal for a summertime gathering. It’s also a palette I’ve used before to style a boho summer picnic tablescape and to create a relaxed and casual backyard breakfast picnic.
Styling A Summer Tablescape: How To Set Your Peach-Themed Table
When it comes to styling a casual summer tablescape with peach accents, layering is the name of the game!
A crisp white tablecloth creates the perfect backdrop for the pastel colors to shine. And a delicate floral patterned table covering placed in the center of the table adds a touch of cottage chic to your perfectly peachy summer table setting.
Woven chargers anchor simple cream stoneware dishes, while light green gingham napkins placed on top of each dinner plate add a pop of color.
I whipped up these DIY no-sew napkins using fabric from the craft store, but you can easily find similar napkins, like these ones, online as well.
Mint green salad plates bring in some pastel tones similar to the lush foliage of peach orchards.
And vintage china with a delicate rose pattern and dainty gold rim detail finishes the layered place setting.
For the drinkware, delicate goblets, and water glasses with vintage detail add charm.
And matching dessert cups are perfect for treating your guests to some delicious dessert at the end of the meal, like peach dump cake or a scoop of old-fashioned strawberry peach crisp.
DIY Peach-Inspired Decor For Your Summer Tablescape
Create some easy and unique peach decor for your table with this simple DIY. Five minutes and a small handful of supplies are all you need to create some low-cost peach-themed napkin rings for your summer tablescape.
Created with rattan napkin rings and peach floral stems, these DIY napkin rings are a breeze to make!
Simply snip, glue, and voila! Tuck in a mint-colored napkin, and you’ll have unique and charming additions to your table that are sure to garner compliments from your guests.
Create A Charming Peach Centerpiece For Your Summer Tablescape
Another way to incorporate peaches into your summer table decor is by creating a centerpiece with flowers and fresh produce.
You can effortlessly create a stunning summer centerpiece without breaking the bank by using fresh flowers from your local grocery store.
Farmer’s markets are another great place to find affordable seasonal blooms. Or, if you’re lucky to have a cut flower garden, you can clip your own!
White hydrangeas are full and make the ideal filler flower. For an elegant touch, add peach roses and blush pink flowers like peonies or ranunculus.
(Note: If you can’t find fresh flowers, here are some realistic-looking and affordable faux options for white hydrangeas, peach roses and pink ranunculus.)
Seeded eucalyptus helps round out the bouquet along with fresh, ripe peaches and a few artificial peach branches scattered among the blooms providing the perfect finishing touch.
“Peach”-ture Perfect Finishing Touches For Your Summer Tablescape
To add the perfect finishing touches to your summer tablescape, consider incorporating rattan lanterns and charming mint-colored metal lanterns.
Not only do they add color and texture to your table, but they can also be used as candle holders for added ambiance after the sun sets.
Their decorative charm will undoubtedly add a touch of elegance and sophistication to your already beautiful peach-inspired setting.

such a sweet, inviting table. I especially am inspired by adding the dainty floral on top of the white tablecloth. the color scheme and florals together could be in the English countryside.
