Today I am honored to partner with The Home Depot to share a review of the Samsung Jet 70 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum with Clean Station and the new Samsung Smart Dial Washer and Smart Dial Dryer.
Jet 70 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum and Clean Station
With two kids and three pets, keeping our floors and carpets clean can be a challenge. So much so that it seems like a never-ending battle! Between a house full of girls and all of our furry friends, like our dog Sadie, you can imagine the amount of hair and pet dander that gets trapped in our carpets. Yikes!
Coupled with the fact that our entire house is filled with light-colored carpet, and we put a lot of miles on our vacuums. We’ve been through several different vacuums over the years. So when I had the opportunity to review Samsung’s Jet 70 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum, I jumped at the chance!
Favorite Features of the Jet 70 Stick Vacuum
The stick vacuum is easy to assemble and comes with two additional attachments. You can use it on carpet or hardwoods, and the attachments are perfect for all those hard-to-reach places like along your baseboards.
We live in a two-story home, so dragging a heavy, corded vacuum up and down the stairs all of the time is no easy feat! And quite frankly, one that I dread. Another thing I love about the Jet 70 Stick Vacuum is how lightweight it is. At only 6 pounds, it makes vacuuming our whole home so much easier.
And all of that hair and pet dander I mentioned? The Jet 70 Cordless Vac’s powerful motor is up to the task! It also has a 5-Layer HEPA filtration system that traps 99.9% of microdust to help with cleaner air in our home.
The charging station saves space, making it easy to mount the vacuum anywhere. I placed ours near the front entry for easy access. It makes quick clean-up jobs that much easier, and the sleek, cordless design means I’m not constantly searching for an outlet or running out of cord!
Keeping our floors free of crumbs, dirt, and dust bunnies is a cinch.
Even glitter from the occasional school art project doesn’t stand a chance!
Emptying the vacuum dust bin can be a messy job, so I love the Clean Station option. It does all of the dirty work for you! Just detach the dust bin, place it in the clean station and watch the magic happen!
Samsung Smart Dial Washer and Dryer
Our old washer and dryer had seen better days. The washer leaked, and the sensor in the dryer was broken. It was past time for a new pair!
If I am honest, laundry is one of my least favorite chores. My husband, Kirk, actually does most of the work when it comes to tackling the never-ending piles of t-shirts, jeans, leggings, tutus, and smelly gym socks.
As a busy family of four, we create a LOT of dirty laundry. Sometimes I wonder where all of it comes from?!? Between work, school, dance, and sports, it seems like our old washer and dryer were going non-stop.
Favorite Features of the Smart Dial Washer
One of my favorite features of our new Samsung Smart Dial Front Load Washer is its extra-large capacity. With 5.0 cu. ft. of space, we are washing fewer loads which means spending less time in the laundry room.
Anything that can make doing laundry less of a hassle is a big win in my book!
If you’ve ever owned a front load washing machine, you know how important it is to keep it clean. And, if you’re like me, you also know how easy it is to forget. It seems to be one of those things on my to-do list that never quite gets done.
I love that the Samsung Smart Dial Washer features CleanGuard antimicrobial technology. It helps to keep the drum and detergent drawer smelling fresh and prevents damp and musty odors.
The washer also has a convenient Self Clean+ reminder. After every 40 wash cycles, the Smart Dial Washer will display a message reminding you when it is time for a cleaning. Just turn the dial to the Self Clean+ setting, and the washer does the rest!
Favorite Features of the Smart Dial Dryer
The Smart Dial Dryer has 19 different settings. There is a setting for everything! From delicates to heavy fabrics. There is even a Super Speed option that dries a small load in 30 minutes.
The dryer also has a Steam Sanitize+ cycle that removes 99.9% of germs and bacteria and helps to eliminate wrinkles, odors, and static.
The Smart Dial Dryer has a large capacity which means (unlike my old dryer) loads of towels and bulky bedding get dried on the first cycle, saving us both time and money on our energy bill. There’s even a light, so we can quickly spot those rogue missing socks that otherwise often get left behind.
And like the washer, the Smart Dial Dryer has a convenient built-in reminder. The Vent Sensor will automatically notify you when it is time to clean the filter to help keep the dryer running efficiently.
Samsung Smart Technology
The Samsung Smart Dial Washer and Smart Dial Dryer are both loaded with smart technology, which I love! You can easily customize your cycle list with the simple Smart Touch control panel. And, over time, the washer and dryer learns your preferred cycles and settings and saves them for quick access.
Both the washer and dryer are also Wi-Fi connected so we can get alerts when a load finishes.
We can even start and stop a cycle of laundry remotely right from our smartphones with the SmartThings app.
Space Saving Features
As you can probably tell, our laundry room is not exactly the most spacious spot in our home. If you are short on space too, these units can be stacked. And if you need a bit of extra storage (because who doesn’t?), matching pedestals are also available in both ivory and brushed black.
The pedestal drawer is a convenient way to store and organize all of your laundry supplies. And the rise in height makes for less bending and easier loading and unloading.

Oh, yes! I didn’t think about dorm rooms, but this is so lightweight and easy to charge anywhere so I bet it would be the perfect solution for college housing!
