Styling Your Tablescape: Easter-Inspired Place Setting Ideas Using Jadeite
When I looked for inspiration for my Easter tablescape, I was drawn to a mix of neutral and pastel colors.
I couldn’t choose just one color scheme for my Easter table, so I blended the two looks.
The end result?
An Easter tablescape that combines pops of color from beautiful reproduction jadeite dishes with neutral elements like burlap and wood for a simple green and white spring table setting.
Setting the table was all about layering and mixing!
I started with these rustic round twig chargers, a perfect base for my favorite white dishes.
Then I added some spring colors with scalloped jadeite plates and floral paper plates.
I love how versatile and feminine these paper plates are…and of course inexpensive!
They’re perfect for just about any occasion like a high tea party for Mother’s Day, spring garden party table settings like this or this, and even baby or bridal showers.
Plus, being paper, they make cleanup a breeze – no time wasted washing dishes, just more time to enjoy making memories with your family!
Effortless Style: DIY Easter Napkin Rings in 5 Minutes
Here’s an easy Easter craft that anyone can do!
Instead of buying napkin rings for my Easter table, I made my own.
These floral napkin ring holders were simple to make, and for less than $5, I created all four napkin rings in under 10 minutes.
To make these DIY spring napkin springs, I grabbed a floral pick from the craft store and used a pair of floral wire cutters to snip it into four pieces.
Then I wrapped the wire from the floral pick around some white fringed napkins for instant, budget-friendly napkin rings.
If you don’t have time to make your own, I found some similar boxwood napkin rings that would be perfect for your Easter table.
Easter Elegance on a Budget: DIY Place Cards with Plastic Eggs and Moss
I enjoy finding ways to add unique touches to my table settings, and I thought these white plastic Easter eggs filled with moss were a great, budget-friendly addition.
Since they were hollow, I carefully cracked open the tops of the plastic eggs and peeled away a bit of the shell.
Then I filled them with Spanish moss and placed each egg on top of a small grapevine wreath to look like a bird’s nest for a bit of whimsy.
These little cuties are perfect as place card holders!
You could write each guest’s name directly on the eggs with colorful paint markers, or tuck a folded name card nestled amongst the moss.
Get creative and have some fun with it!
Unique Ideas For Adding Jadeite To Your Easter Tablescape
With its iconic pastel green color, vintage jadeite kitchenware has become a popular collectible, and some pieces are very pricey!
You can often find pieces for sale online on sites like Etsy.
But, if you don’t currently own any vintage jadeite or don’t want to spring for the real deal, don’t worry!
There are plenty of affordable options.
These mini jadeite cupcake stands shown in the photo above are actually reproductions I snagged from Target years ago!
These exact cupcake stands are no longer available, but I found this beautiful (and affordable!) large scalloped jadeite cake stand.
They’re a perfect match for the scalloped plates and just the right size to showcase my little DIY easter eggs.
Since vintage jadeite can be expensive, I always watch for deals at stores like Target or Amazon.

Easter Table Charm: Simple Centerpiece Ideas with Bunnies
To bring a touch of spring onto my Easter tablescape, I created a charming scene centerpiece nestling some bunnies in a rustic dough bowl surrounded by soft lambs ear greenery, and silk lavender flowers.
Before purchasing decor for any holiday, I always like to shop my home first, so I saved money by using the Easter and spring decorations I already owned.
The only exception was a beautiful lavender garland I bought which added the perfect finishing touch and a pop of extra spring color.
To set the stage for my centerpiece, I began by laying a simple, fringed jute table runner down the center of the table.
The burlap table runner not only added a bit of texture but also helped tie the whole look together.
My dough bowl is a reproduction piece that looks antique (but without the antique price tag!)
Dough bowls are such a versatile staple for me – they add a natural element and a touch of vintage charm to any space.
Throughout the year, I move mine around the house, to create seasonal vignettes, but for now, it’s the perfect foundation for my springtime tablescape.
Once I had the bowl centerpiece arranged on the table, I added these popular stone Easter Bunnies from Pottery Barn.
Even when they’re on sale, they’re a bit of an investment!
But, I made a great dupe of these Pottery Barn bunnies that is super easy and wallet-friendly!
You can see my version of this DIY Easter Bunny craft here.
Finally, to complete my Easter centerpiece, I nestled a lavender garland and faux lamb’s ear sprigs in the dough bowl.
Vintage milk glass candle holders from my great-grandmother added the perfect finishing touch.
