Week In Rewind With Midwest Life And Style
Happy Sunday, friends! It was a busy week at MWLS between our garage makeover reveal and two new posts here on the blog.
So let’s get right to it! Here’s a recap of everything you may have missed.
Tidbits From Home
As I hinted at above, we finished our garage makeover project! I may or may not have called in all of my favors with my husband for the foreseeable future.
But it was worth it!
Our garage went from messy and cluttered to clean and organized, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.
The difference between what it looked like before and what it looks like now is night and day.
And since photos don’t quite do it justice, I thought it would be fun to show you the reveal video I shared on Instagram.
My Favorite Finds
Because I got a few questions about the items we used for our garage project, I thought I’d share some of those here.
I’ve been asked what my favorite part of the transformation is, and the truth is that I love it all. But if I had to pick just one thing, this overhead storage rack would be near the top of the list.
If you’re limited on storage like we are, it’s a game-changer! Now all of our Christmas decor is neatly organized in one place. No more tangled strands of lights. Hallelujah!
Here are the other things we used for our project that I love.
- storage cabinet
- mobile workbench
- slat wall for tool storage
- tool storage accessories
- hinged storage tote
- large stackable storage bin
- small stackable storage bin

Thank you, CoCo. I think after this project I need a bit of a break. We’re beat! I will say that if we can do it, anyone can. And it was so worth it. I love how clean and organized everything is now.
Warm wishes for a wonderful Mother’s Day!
