Week in Rewind Volume 100
Happy Sunday, friends!
For those who celebrated, I hope your Thanksgiving was full of love, laughter, and, of course, delicious food!
It’s been a busy few weeks around here with all the holiday hustle and bustle, so I’ve been a little quiet.
But I’m ready to jump back in and catch up with you!
So, grab your favorite cozy drink, and let’s chat about what’s new on the blog and what’s been going on at home.

Tidbits from Home
We hosted my family for Thanksgiving this year, and let me tell you, our house was full!
My parents, my sister and brother-in-law, plus my four nieces and nephews all came over, and it was such a fun, (and tiny bit chaotic) time.
Since my sister spent Thanksgiving Day with her in-laws, we began our celebration the night before with a big family sleepover.
There was a pizza party, tons of laughs, and we played a new game called Herd Mentality.
Have you played it before?
Oh my gosh, we were laughing so hard at times that I was actually crying…it was that good.
And we were having so much fun that we completely forgot to take a single family photo.
Thanksgiving day itself was much quieter.
My parents stayed, and we had a nice, traditional meal with turkey and all the classic sides.
And while we totally forgot to snap any photos on Wednesday, we at least managed to grab a quick family picture and one of just us girls!
Then, on Friday, we kept one of my favorite traditions alive and went to a local tree farm to pick out our Christmas tree.
I shared on Instagram how it really hit me this year that things will look so different in just two years when Peyton leaves for college.
It’s made me even more determined to cherish these moments and enjoy our time together while we’re all still under one roof.
How about you?
Do you go for a real tree or stick with faux?
We have three trees (because why not?), but the real one here in our living room with all our special family ornaments is always my favorite.
