How to Make a Frozen Double Berry Blended Daiquiri
Step 1: Blend Raspberry Puree
To make your frozen daiquiri, add 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries in a blender and puree.
When done, pour the raspberry puree through a sieve to remove the seeds and pour the puree back into the blender.
Step 2: Add Remaining Ingredients
Next, add your fresh strawberries, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and rum to the raspberry puree.
Blend just until the ingredients are mixed.
Step 3: Add Ice
To finish your frozen daiquiris, add 2-3 cups of ice to the berry puree mixture and blend until smooth
Then pour the frozen berry daiquiri into a chilled glass with a sugared rim, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve and enjoy!
Can I Use Frozen Fruit to Make My Daiquiri?
Yes! You can use frozen fruit to make your daiquiri
Just be sure to let the berries defrost for about 10-15 minutes first since partially defrosted berries are much easier to puree in the blender than fully frozen fruit.
How to Make a Non-Alcoholic Daiquiri
If you’d prefer a non-alcoholic drink, mix the daiquiri as instructed and simply omit the rum.
The non-alcoholic version is also great for kids and can be frozen for popsicles.
Yum!
When to Serve a Frozen Daiquiri
