The Week In Rewind Volume 61
Hello, friends, and happy Sunday!
How was your week? I’ve been extra busy working behind the scenes on a new recipe collaboration with one of my favorite brands (more on that soon!)
Because of that, it was a bit of a quieter week here on the blog. But I still managed to push out one new post with some of my favorite kitchen decor finds.
And I’ve also rounded up some inspiring ideas and delicious recipes from a few of my friends.
So grab a refreshing summer drink, settle in, and join me for the latest week in rewind!
Tidbits From Home
After three straight weekends spent traveling, it feels nice to finally be home.
Of course, because of all our road trips, the laundry and housework had been sorely neglected, so this week, I was focused on catching up on all the chores.
And, in gardening news, my hydrangeas are blooming..yeah!
But, for the second year in a row, they are barely producing any blooms. Boo!
These plants were here when we bought the house, so I don’t know much about them. If you have hydrangea care tips, let me know. I’ll take all the help I can get!
My Favorite Finds
Call me crazy, but I’m already dreaming of Christmas! As a blogger, I guess it comes with the territory.
If you’re looking to jump on the Christmas in July train, here are some of my favorite holiday finds, including popular items that sell out FAST…like before September fast. If you see something you like, don’t wait!
The best realistic Christmas garland is back in stock.
I have and love these clip-on candle lights.
How many trees is too many? I’m thinking about adding this mini tree to my collection this year!
I love these classic chunky knit Christmas stockings.
I hung this wreath on our front door last year with some gold bells and got so many compliments from our neighbors!

This Week On The Blog
On Tuesday I shared some of my favorite cottage-style decor for your kitchen.
Whether you’re looking for furniture, tea towels, or pantry storage, this collection has got something for every budget.
Do you follow along on the MWLS Facebook page? If so, then you probably saw that I shared a few of my favorite posts from summers past.
One of those posts just happens to be this recipe for my grandma’s zucchini bread.
Is there anything better than fresh-baked zucchini bread straight out of the oven? Yum!
And, if you’re stuck in the “in-between” season in your home, I also shared tips for creating a vignette with vintage decor.
With just a hint of coastal-inspired style, you can easily refresh your home and savor these last few weeks of summer.
