Week In Rewind With Midwest Life And Style
Happy Sunday, friends! We had another full day of volleyball yesterday so this week’s recap is a day late. But, as the saying goes, better late than never, right? So grab some coffee or tea, and let’s catch up on everything that happened here on the blog with the latest week in rewind.
Tidbits From Home
Guess what I finally did! I decorated for fall…or at least I got started.
I don’t know why it’s been such a struggle this year to get motivated and get going. I’m sure our crazy busy schedule has something to do with it. Anyway, here’s a sneak peek at what I’ve been working on.
It’s not much, but I feel accomplished and I’m glad to have a few things styled.
Now to get a few more spaces wrapped up before I share my fall home tour at the end of the month. I’m looking forward to it!
(P.S. if you want to look back at my previous fall home tours you can check those out HERE and HERE.)
My Favorite Finds
This stunning fall wreath.
These cute fabric stacked pumpkins.
I bought two of these autumn maple leaf stems from Etsy.
These cozy sneakers.
This pendant necklace set.

This Week On The Blog
After a super busy week last week, I cut back a bit on cranking out the content, but I still shared one new post.
On Thursday, I shared more budget-friendly fall finds with some of the best cozy decor from Walmart! They have stepped up their decor game big-time over the last few years.
If you haven’t checked out Walmart lately, do yourself a favor and get on it! And, if you missed the post, I’d love for you to swing by and let me know which cozy find is your favorite.
Coming Next Week To MWLS
I don’t know how, but we’re already halfway through September, and that means next week it’s time for supper club!
We have something a bit different planned this month, and I can’t wait to share! If you love soup season, then you won’t want to miss out on next week’s posts.
Stop by on Tuesday for our new cozy fall-inspired tablescapes and then again on Saturday for our menu!
