Apple Cider Mimosas
This month I was in charge of the beverage. And because the holidays can be hectic enough without the extra stress of planning what to serve your guests, I decided that a simple, seasonal cocktail was the way to go.
When I think of brunch with my girlfriends, I instantly think of mimosas, so this recipe for apple cider mimosas was the perfect choice for our Friendsgiving menu.
With only two ingredients, it’s easy to whip up a batch of these sweet and tart cocktails in just minutes, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time making memories with your family and friends.
Cranberry Walnut Baked Brie
Did someone say cheese? Anne and AnnMarie at Simply 2 Moms prepared a cranberry and walnut baked brie appetizer and wow. It looks ah-mazing!
Grab your favorite carb of choice like crackers or naan bread, dive in, and enjoy this heavenly ooey gooey goodness.
Bacon and Egg Breakfast Muffins
Everything’s better with bacon, right? (At least that’s my mantra.) I can’t wait to try these bacon and egg breakfast muffins from Rachel at The Ponds Farmhouse.
These hearty bite-sized muffins are packed with flavor, and the recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve a crowd.
Creamy Pumpkin Soup
It wouldn’t be a Friendsgiving gathering without a pumpkin recipe on the menu.
Stacy from Bricks ‘n Blooms prepared a seasonal creamy pumpkin soup for our brunch and it looks so darn good!
You can serve this soup as a side dish, or as a main course at any of your holiday gatherings. It’s flavorful, easy to prepare, and the perfect cozy meal for a chilly fall or winter day.
Fall Fruit Salad
If you’re looking for a dish that’s on the lighter side, give Cindy at County Road 407 ‘s fall fruit salad a try.
Made with apples, grapes, fresh berries, and pecans, this salad is ready in just a matter of minutes and is the perfect addition to your Friendsgiving brunch spread.
Pumpkin Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Frosting
And last on our Friendsgiving brunch menu, but not least, is my favorite course, dessert! Anyone who knows me knows I have a sweet tooth.
I can rarely pass up a delicious home-baked treat. Especially not one made with pumpkin! Yum!
These pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting are courtesy of Michele at Vintage Home Designs. Don’t they look mouthwatering?
I already have most of the ingredients on hand, and I can’t wait to try her recipe soon.
