10 Easy Easter Recipes Your Family Will Love
Easter is just a few days away. If you still need some help with your holiday menu I’ve got you covered. Today I’m sharing a round-up of some of my favorite recipes including main dishes, sides, and desserts.
From an egg bake for brunch to ham balls for dinner, there’s a little bit of everything. Here are 10 easy easter recipes that your family will love.
Easter Brunch
Ready in less than 30 minutes, bunny cinnamon rolls are fun to make with little ones and perfect for Easter morning breakfast or brunch.
All you need are two cans of store-bought cinnamon rolls. No fussing with yeast or waiting for the dough to rise. It doesn’t get much easier than that, right?
This breakfast casserole is loaded with cubed potatoes, eggs, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese. Yes, I said. bacon. Yum!
But, if bacon isn’t your jam, you can easily substitute other meats like sausage or ham. Or make a meatless version with fresh veggies like spinach, mushrooms, onions, sweet bell peppers, and tomatoes.
No fancy dye kit? No problem. Make dyed beautiful eggs for your Easter meal with blueberries, water, and just a bit of vinegar.
Leftovers can be used to make deviled eggs or egg salad for sandwiches.
Easter Dinner
Ham balls have become one of the main-stays on our Easter menu. They take a bit of time to prep, but are well worth the effort!
Made with a combination of ground meats and topped with a sweet tomato and brown sugar glaze, they’d be a great addition to either a brunch or dinner-time meal.
When it comes to side dishes, this cheesy hash brown casserole is simply the best.
Top the casserole with your choice of cornflakes, buttered crackers, or potatoes chips for a satisfying, crispy crunch.
Sides and Salads
Looking for the best creamy broccoli salad recipe? Look no further!
Tossed with a sweet dressing and loaded with crispy bacon, raisins, and sunflower seeds, this simple side dish is always a crowd-pleaser.
Garlic and Chive Roasted Baby Potatoes
Coated in garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, garlic and chive roasted baby potatoes are melt in your mouth delicious!
Plus, they are super easy to make. A recipe that is both simple and delish? That’s always a win, win in my book.
I have several favorite early spring and summer side dishes, but cool cucumber pasta salad is at the top of the list!
With tender Penne pasta, crunchy cucumbers, and sweet dressing, it’s perfect for Easter time or any time you have a family gathering.
Desserts
Carrot Cake is one of my favorite kinds of dessert, especially when topped with an amazingly delicious cream cheese frosting.
With just the right hint of spices, these light and fluffy cupcakes are extra moist thanks to a secret ingredient.
This classic fruit salad recipe is as simple as it is delicious. Packed full of healthy fruit, and drizzled with a creamy vanilla pudding dressing, it makes for the perfect side dish or dessert!
It’s ready in just a matter of minutes and can be easily customized to include your favorite fruits.
